A troubling vision of the future with Syndicate

22 May, 2026

You know we love to cover the biggest and the best developers over here at Amiga Addict, but we've held off on one particularly massive team for a long time. But no longer! Now, 43 issues into our Amiga journey, it's finally time to turn over a rock and find a big green Bullfrog...

Bullfrog were a huge developer on the Amiga, and few games were more iconic than the cyberpunk tactics and strategy game, Syndicate. Everyone remembers the trenchcoated, gun-toting agents causing chaos in the near future, in a world dominated by evil corporations with no regard for human life. Sound familiar? We've got some of the key figures behind the development of the Amiga version of the game - Sean Cooper, Alex Trowers and Mike Diskett - to give us the corpo secrets on how they brought this classic to life. Get your dark glasses and that coat with the high collar... we'll exchange data chips in the back alley!
